Free Trial and Real Trading
Difference between Sepolia Testnet (Free Trial) and Base Mainnet (Real Trading).
GFEX provides two options: a free trial on the Sepolia Testnet and real trading on the Base Mainnet.
1. Free Trial (Base Seopolia)
To use Free Trial Mode, you need to add Sepolia Testnet Network. Click here to see the guide.
In this mode, users can receive GUSD (GFEX USD) and a small amount of ETH for gas on the Sepolia Testnet as part of the free trial. Simply click the “Request Token” button located at the top of the screen or in the side menu on mobile to get started.
2. Real Investment (Base Mainent)
To use Real Investment Mode, you need to add Base Network. Click here to see the guide.
In this mode, users are required to have real ETH(Base) for gas fees and USDC for trading.
3. Switching Between Free Trial and Real Trading
Click the network switch on the top menu (Base Sepolia and Base) or the side menu on mobile.
4. Request Tokens (Sepolia Testent Only)
Click the 'Request Token' button to redeem free GUSD tokens and enjoy free trading experience.
